Installation
The Iraq Civil Aviation Authority (ICAA) awarded ADELTE for the supply of six additional PBBs operating at the Samerra Terminal of Baghdad International Airport.
All hydraulic Apron Drive PBBs with two glass-sided tunnel sections were delivered with tailor-made high efficient roof top A/C systems and LED lighting in order to support the airport’s objective of carbon footprint reduction. These new Passenger Boarding Bridges make a total of eighteen new ADELTE Passenger Boarding Bridges in operation at the first Iraqi airport, significantly improving docking, passenger embarkation and disembarkation and maintenance operations.
