Installation
We reached an agreement with Norteen Airport Authority for the supply of 5 passenger boarding bridges for the Noi Bai International Airport in the city of Hanoi in Vietnam. The contract was signed in March of 2000 and delivery of the units was carried out at the end of the same year.
The solution provided consisted of the delivery of 5 aircraft access passenger boarding bridges, Apron Drive glass – sided, two – section increasing units of the model PTT210/350-2CA, measuring 35 metres in length. With a minimum docking height of 1.6 metres, the boarding units have all the most advanced technological feature available on the aeronautics market. On the exterior of the passenger boarding bridges the glass finish can be appreciated along with the rectangular design of the unit. The interior is finished with a buttoned rubber floor covering and accessories with fluorescent lighting. This type of passenger boarding bridge is anchored by means of reinforced concrete and its lifting and traction mechanisms have an electric activation system. In this project five units of the laser guidance system for semi – automatic docking (VDGS) have been installed, to guarantee precise positioning of the aircraft, a cyclone wind docking system for use in the event of hurricane – force winds, 400 Hz installation facilities and a Continuous Power Supply System.
